failure to file bugreport agains release.debian.org?

Hi,

I'm trying to follow the instructions in the developer's ref[1] to get 
igtf-policy-bundle proposed for a stable update.

I've filled in a bug report against release.debian.org and mailed it 
(from the console, then later mailed it again from Thunderbird) but no 
reply ever came nor is the bug registered.

I don't know what I've done wrong or if there is maybe a problem with 
the mechanism, so I would like some advice.
