Leaving aside the issues with wording, as I think others have covered
that sufficiently already, Sylvestre's was a relatively simple mistake
to make.
Googling for "fdclone" leads one to https://github.com/knu/FDclone as
the first hit (at least it does for me), which indeed says "Latest
commit 460e591 on 7 Jun 2013".
