Description : libavg Ain't Vector Graphics
libavg plays back multimedia presentations in a format similar to svg that
contain bitmap, video and/or text data. The avg file format is loosely based
on svg (Scalable Vector Graphics - http://www.w3.org/Graphics/SVG/), but with
a focus on pixel- rather than vector-oriented graphics. Hence the name.
