That's hardly surprising, given that the path you've supplied doesn't - and
isn't expected to - exist. As http://www.debian.org/security/ says, it
should be:
deb http://security.debian.org/ sarge/updates main contrib non-free
(obviously contrib and non-free are optional, but (sarge|stable)/updates is
one stanza not two and you need at least one of (main|contrib|non-free)).
