I cannot reproduce this error. It's most probably due to your egcs setup.
egcs is currently NOT part of the Debian main distribution, so should NOT
be used for compiling packages.
And if you are talking about the warning - then
a) your bug report was filed against the wrong package (that source file
was created by bison).
b) if you are really going to file bug reports against all packages that
create warnings at compile time, you'll soon have a LOT of new friends
(NOT!).
This is misuse of the Debian bug tracking system, stop it.
